Welcome - and thanks for joining the Early Adopter Community for the ArcGIS Notebooks assistant!

The ArcGIS Notebooks assistant (beta) is an in-app AI assistant designed to help you move from idea to implementation faster. Embedded directly in the notebook experience, it can generate Python code (including the ArcGIS API for Python and ArcPy), explain existing code, and help troubleshoot errors. In this community, you'll be able to submit more detailed issues, suggest new capabilities, and engage with the product team and other early adopters.

Requirements

To successfully test with the ArcGIS Notebooks assistant, you will need the following:
1. An ArcGIS Online organization with access to AI assistants and beta features enabled
2. A Creator user type or higher (to leverage ArcGIS Notebooks)
3. The AI assistant privilege enabled in your user role.
