The Static Basemap Tiles service gives you access to Esri's ArcGIS vector tile basemaps as rasterized map tiles. These can be used in place of vector tiles in environments where rendering vector tiles is not suitable, for example on low-powered devices, or within applications with existing complex rendering stacks.
